30-Day Easy Returns
At Olive & Tuck, we want your space to feel right. If something isn’t working for you, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In its original packaging with all tags and accessories

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@oliveandtuck.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, incorrect, or damaged items: Return shipping is fully covered by us.

Change of mind (customer remorse): Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.

If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or product), the fastest way is to:

Non-Returnable Items

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it — no explanation required.
To qualify, the item must meet the same return conditions above (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
