Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom. For international shipping outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for standard orders:

  • Order cutoff time: 17:00 CET (Central European Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days depending on destination.

  • Estimated delivery window: 7 to 10 business days total, depending on destination.

We ship with reliable local and international carriers, including but not limited to:

  • PostNL

  • DPD

  • DHL

  • Royal Mail

All packages include tracking and are shipped from our local fulfillment partners.

Shipping Costs

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, we may charge a re-shipping fee or offer a refund minus the original shipping costs.
